1 · Pretreatment
Bar screens remove hair, meat particles, and coarse solids before they reach the DAF.
2 · DAF Clarification
Dissolved air flotation removes blood, fat, and suspended solids — the key step for slaughterhouse effluent.
3 · Biological (Optional)
Anaerobic + A/O stages remove nitrogen and residual BOD to reach strict discharge standards.
4 · Sludge Dewatering
Belt or screw press dewaters the collected fat and solids to 20–35% cake solids for disposal.

Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) System
The workhorse for slaughterhouse effluent. Micro-bubbles lift blood, fat, and solids to the surface for skimming — before they can foul your biological or discharge systems.
Sludge Dewatering Systems
The blood, fat, and solids removed by the DAF become sludge. Dewater it on-site to cut haulage and disposal costs — belt press, screw press, or decanter centrifuge depending on sludge volume and type.
